Mr. Boll is a founding partner and President of the firm. He is a board certified personal injury trial attorney and member of ABOTA with over 24 years of trial experience. Mr. Boll has been repeatedly voted for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyer list in Texas Monthly Magazine and as a Top Attorney in Fort Worth Magazine.  Mr. Boll has been personally responsible for handling cases throughout Texas in both state and federal courts obtaining millions of dollars in compensation for clients as a result of jury verdicts and settlements.  Mr. Boll helps individuals and families in death and serious injury cases against insurance companies arising from big truck, auto and motorcycle wrecks, dangerous and defective products, boating and other watercraft accidents, work place accidents, dangerous property conditions, medical negligence, and the general negligence of others.
