Ms. Travis’ practice primarily involves the representation of railroads in personal injury cases. Her litigation work for railroads includes FELA and grade crossing cases.
Ms. Travis also represents health care providers in business, litigation, or employment matters. She has experience with a wide variety of medical areas, including anesthesia, cardiology, gynecology, infectious disease, internal medicine, emergency medicine, long term care, neurology, obstetrics, occupational therapy, orthopedics, physical therapy, and radiology. She also has extensive experience in complex / mass tort litigation and served as one of the liaison counsel for physicians in the Texas Fen-Phen Litigation.
Ms. Travis represents clients in the Dallas, Fort Worth, and North Texas areas and is also a speaker on various topics of health care litigation and risk management.
