Mr. Ward is a trial attorney who counsels and represents clients with a variety of claims. His practice emphasizes product liability actions and cases have involved automobiles, trailers, electrical appliances and equipment, industrial machinery, construction equipment and medical devices. His practice also includes general negligence, premises claims, non-subscriber cases, insurance first party claims, consumer and DTPA cases, medical malpractice, and contract/commercial litigation.

Mr. Ward was named a "Texas Rising Star" by the publishers of Texas Monthly, a distinction held by only 2.5 percent of attorneys, and the result of a poll among Texas Super Lawyers who were asked to vote for the state’s best attorneys 40 years of age or under.

Jeff was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1996 and is authorized to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas. He is a member of the Texas and Dallas Bar Associations, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Oklahoma State University Bar Association, among others, and was recently presented with the Oklahoma Baptist University Circle of Excellence Award.

He has authored and presented several papers on a variety of topics including workers compensation/non-subscriber issues, spoliation of evidence, and end-of-life decisions. He also served for many years as an adjunct professor of "Torts and Personal Injury Law" and has guest lectured at Dallas Theological Seminary and for other bar-related associations.

Mr. Ward has obtained many successful verdicts and judgments in automotive crash cases, products liability actions, premises liability non-subscriber injury cases, and construction.

Mr. Ward is active in a local church and serves on various non-profit boards. He also maintains a significant amount of pro bono work through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
