Mr. Stacy, a named partner in the firm, is a trial attorney with over 11 years of trial experience. Mr. Stacy has handled significant cases throughout the United States and as a result he has tried cases in Texas and other states including Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Alabama. Mr. Stacy primarily represents clients in cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, general negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice and psychiatric malpractice. He was honored as one of the best lawyers in Texas under 40 years of age in the July 2004 and July 2005 issue of Texas Monthly magazine, a distinction held by only 2.5 percent of attorneys.
