Mr. Ucherek is a trial attorney who primarily represents clients in cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, general negligence, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Ucherek has also successfully resolved, through plea bargain and jury verdict, numerous criminal defense matters for his clients charged with various crimes.

Mr. Ucherek is recognized as Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Professional Associations and Activities:

Mr. Ucherek was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1994 and is authorized to practice in all state courts in Texas. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Mr. Ucherek is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. He is also a member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas for his commitment to rendering legal services to those who cannot afford to hire an attorney. Mr. Ucherek is also a maintaining member of The College of the State Bar of Texas, an honor society chartered by the Supreme Court of Texas to recognize lawyers who make an extraordinary commitment to professional, continuing, legal education.

Mr. Ucherek has authored several articles, including the following:

Community:


Mr. Ucherek is active in his community, coaching youth basketball. He also attends church with his wife, Brenda, and their three boys. He takes part in storytelling at the school where his children attend, served as a chaperone at the Sky Ranch Outdoor Education field trip, and manages a youth, select soccer team.
